Clinic COVID-19 Procedure Update:
We will be available to see your pet at this time for routine appointments, emergency appointments and emergency surgery. All routine surgeries will be postponed to conserve all masks and gowns for use in the human COVID-19 response. Please call our normal phone number to make an appointment during normal business hours: (541) 386-6658.
If you need to see a veterinarian after hours, please follow the normal protocol. Call our clinic number and follow the prompts.
We will be available for telemedicine consults on an as needed basis. This service may only be used by patients examined within the last year.
When you arrive to the clinic, please wait in your car and call the clinic phone number. A staff member will come out to your car and give you further direction. For the safety of you and our staff, please be aware that we are trying to limit the number of people in the building at any time, and you may be asked to wait in your car as your pet is escorted into the building.
Our goal is to complete all transactions either over the phone or at your car. Our staff members will work with you to find a payment solution that works for you.

If your animal is sick:
Please call us immediately to set up an appointment for an exam with a doctor. From there the doctor can guide you in the best diagnostic or therapeutic path for your animal and provide you with an estimate. Due to the complicated and individual nature of each animal’s problem, we cannot give estimates over the phone.
